Biography of Thomas Oesterle
The founder and president of MedHouse Innovations, LLC, Thomas Oesterle, has 25 years of experience in product development and manufacturing of electrical instruments and medical devices. Before founding MedHouse, Thomas was a Sr. Principal R&D Engineer at Baxter Healthcare Corporation where he led the technical development of medical devices for the administration of medications.
Before his time at Baxter, Thomas spent 7 years as the Director of Engineering for CEA Technologies, Inc. While leading engineering teams for CEA, he coordinated numerous development projects for renowned companies including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic Inc, Nordion, and C.R. Bard Inc to commercialize Class II and Class III electro-mechanical devices.
Prior to CEA, Thomas held various design and manufacturing engineering roles at Raychem Corporation, Amprobe Instruments, and Entegris.
Thomas is a trained Black Belt in Design for Six Sigma and owns several patents for innovative designs. Thomas earned an engineering degree from the German University Hochschule Rosenheim.
Thomas recently co-authored “Straight Talk on Process Validation” and has taught classes in Design of Experiments. Outside of work, Thomas is an avid mountain biker and enjoys hitting the slopes of Copper Mountain on his snowboard.
